This beef chuck roast costs a total of $17.61 at checkout and is going to last us as a protein for the week.
We make our chuck roast recipe in oven to get a caramelized glaze and smoke at the end of resting.
This is more of a kitchen sink kind of roast that was just thrown together to see how it came out, and it came out great! I like to brown butter with thyme before adding the seasoned chuck roast into the pan to sear. Once all sides of the roast have been seared you can add in all your chopped vegetables, and potatoes, garlic, jalapenos, and mixed seasonings.
