This post should serve as a reminder to use the bananas that are starting to turn on your counter. This is what we did with ours!
Quick Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 2 1/4 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cups milk
- 2 whole banana
- 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 425*In your mixing bowl add two peeled bananas and mash with a metal whisk until slightly chunky.
- Then add your Bisquick, milk, and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly and then set aside.
- Take all mixed ingredients and divide equally into greased muffin pan
- Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown
